As co-founder of some of London's best-loved restaurants and bakeries – Primeur, Westerns Laundry, and Jolene – Jeremie Cometto-Lingenheim knows more than most how to host. After a business opportunity in Fowey drew him to Cornwall he knew he "wanted to be able to access those coves, moors and coastlines as often as [he] could." So he made a home for himself and his son in Penzance that is part Victorian granite cottage, part surf shack.
